Effective from 4 December 2015, Mr Wissam Zahabi, Head of Economic and Financial Development at the Lebanese Petroleum Administration (LPA), took office as its President.
This appointment comes on the basis of the decree 7986, which specifies that the President of the LPA is rotational on a yearly basis among the members of its board.
