Jack Noun

Jack Noun is a Principal Associate whose main practice area is in Dispute Resolution, especially Lebanese litigation and international arbitration.

Jack has experience in international commercial arbitrations before the LCIA, DIFC-LCIA, ICC, DIAC and LAMC and relevant post-arbitral phases, including annulment and enforcement procedures in Lebanon.

He also advises clients on various aspects of Lebanese law, including contract law, commercial agencies, IP, attachment and law enforcement.

Aside from private practice, Jack is an instructor at the prominent faculty of law of Université Saint-Joseph de Beirut, where he lectures on Lebanese and French law of obligations and contracts.

Jack is fluent in Arabic, English and French and is admitted to the Beirut Bar.
