Hassan Khalifeh
Hassan is a Principal Associate with experience in advising private and public institutions on their projects relating to infrastructure, O&G and energy.
He has worked with several international firms across different MENA jurisdictions including Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Iraq, Egypt and Libya. He has worked closely with local authorities as well as intergovernmental organizations such as the Energy Charter Secretariat in Brussels and the UN.
He completed an LLM in European Law at the College of Europe – Belgium. He also completed an LLM in Energy Law and Policy at the University of Dundee – UK, for which he was awarded the Chevening scholarship. He received his Bachelor of Laws (French and Lebanese law) from the ‘Filière Francophone de Droit’ of the Lebanese University.
Hassan has been admitted to the Beirut Bar Association since 2012.
He is fluent in Arabic, English and French, with basic knowledge of Spanish.
