Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (flexibility required, with availability to stay beyond regular hours when urgent matters arise).
Role Overview
The Personal Assistant to the Managing Partner will provide executive, administrative, and personal support to the Managing Partner. This role requires absolute discretion, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to anticipate and proactively address the needs of the Managing Partner in a demanding, fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be resourceful, detail-oriented, and capable of handling sensitive matters with the utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the Managing Partner, both internally and externally.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders, ensuring agendas, briefing notes, and follow-ups are prepared and delivered.
- Draft, review, and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Organize and oversee travel logistics, including visas, flights, accommodation, and detailed itineraries.
- Ensure the Managing Partner is fully prepared for meetings, hearings, and client engagements by compiling files, documents, and background research.
- Manage confidential information and sensitive documents with absolute discretion.
- Act as liaison between the Managing Partner and partners, associates, staff, and clients to ensure effective communication and workflow.
- Track deadlines and commitments, proactively reminding and following up to ensure timely execution of tasks.
- Assist in business development initiatives by preparing client presentations, coordinating events, and maintaining contact databases.
- Execute ad hoc executive tasks and special projects as directed by the Managing Partner.
Qualifications & Skills
- Languages: Fluent in Arabic, English, and French (written and spoken).
- Education: Diploma in administration, or related fields required; a degree in Law is a plus.
- Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant supporting executive management, preferably within a law firm, corporate environment, or professional services setting.

- Strong decision-making skills.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
