Pascale Daou
Pascale Daou is a Senior Counsel, she has more than twenty-four years of professional experience in multifaceted transactional and contentious work in Lebanon.
Pascale has substantial expertise in complex and multifaceted litigation proceedings before the Lebanese courts, having worked on cross borders proceedings ranging from sophisticated civil and commercial litigation matters to major international fraud disputes and white-collar crime cases.
On the civil and commercial litigation front, Pascale’s experience covers cases involving exclusive distribution and commercial agency, competition law, intellectual property law (copyright, trademark and tradename registration and disputes), leasing and real estate law, employment and social security law.
Pascale has extensive experience in the corporate field covering the implementation, the setting-up and the liquidation of all form of companies, advising and representing them in their commercial and corporate operations (Capital structures, Financing, Shareholders’ agreement, Directors liabilities), assisting them in their contract negotiations, contract drafting, minutes of meetings drafting, relations with local authorities, transfer of shares with the implications of preferential right.
Pascale graduated from Saint Joseph University with a Master degree in Lebanese law, focusing on Lebanese and French laws. She also obtained a DEA in comparative law from La Sagesse University. Pascale also is listed as a certified mediator at the Mediation Professional Centre in Beirut.Pascale is member of the Beirut Bar and is fluent in English, French and Arabic.
