Lebanon Investment Treaty Survey

The GAR Investment Treaty Survey went live in November 2012. OLF was selected from among leading legal practitioners in each jurisdiction to author the Lebanese chapter on investment treaty arbitration. The firm has previously also authored chapters on litigation and commercial arbitration for the GAR publication. GAR Know-How essentially constitutes a ‘road-map’ of practice for international arbitration worldwide. Detailing over fifty Bilateral Investment Treaties and several Free Trade Agreements, the Lebanon chapter provides an accessible and comparative overview of Lebanon’s Investment Treaties.
