Marie Hayek

Marie Hayek specializes in corporate and commercial banking and has over 25 years of experience in the financial services sector.

She advises on corporate insolvency, mergers and acquisitions, restructurings and privatizations. 

Formerly General Counsel of the Banque Française de l’Orient in Paris (Groupe Crédit Agricole Indosuez) and previously head of the legal branch of Bank Saradar in Paris, Marie frequently advises on corporate finance and private equity transactions, equity financing and other transactional work for corporate clients, investment funds and financial institutions. She co-heads the firm’s Corporate and Banking practices.

Marie is fluent in English, French and Arabic.
