Grace Fattal

Grace Fattal is a Senior Associate who specializes in sophisticated international corporate and cross-border M&A transactions, with a particularly strong track record in transactional work.

Having worked for over a decade in law firms in Beirut, London and Paris, Grace has advised international corporations in various jurisdictions across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Southeast Asia on complex transactions covering a multitude of industries including consumer products, energy, real estate, telecommunications towers, banking, financial technology, insurance, fashion, hotel management, hospitality and higher education.

Grace holds a Bachelor of Laws from Saint Joseph University in Beirut and an LLM in Commercial and Corporate Law from SOAS – University of London. She is also an accredited mediator and holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Oil and Gas Law from the Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen with a focus on dispute resolution in oil and gas contracting. 

Grace is fluent in English, French, Arabic and Armenian and is admitted to practice law in France and in Lebanon.
